We have had some cold weather so far this winter that is not typical to the area.  Usually the weather is in the 40's during the day and 30's at night for this time of year.  We hope that these nights in the teens are over for a while.  The real estate market is going to heat up as the weather does the same.  We look forward to an exciting 2011 in Wilmington NC!
