I was out showing property over the weekend and took this photo from the balcony of a unit at Carolina Bay in Carolina Beach NC.  Carolina Bay is a nice condo community that has really nice units.  Each unit has a garage, car port for extra parking, 30 foot plus boat slip, and community pool.  Look at the views!!!!!

Wilmington NC has lots of new years eve parties and events to attend.  The problem is trying to figure out where you are going to spend your New Years Eve in Wilmington.  There are restaurants and bars in both Downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach that have drink and food specials, contests, and prizes on New Years Eve.  We expect 2011 to be the end of this bad Real Estate market we have been in.  No matter where you end up bringing in the new year, have a great night and happy 2011!

-Kure Beach is having Fireworks on K ave and will feature a large lighted beach ball.  Admission is free.

-Le Catala is having a Midnight in Paris New Years Eve party

-The Countdown Downtown on 100 block of North Front Street will have three bands play while you bring in the new years.  Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the time you arrive.
